We are extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of McCarthy Roof Restorations. We purchased a home to renovate with a large tile roof in a terrible state and leaking badly. The pointing was brittle or missing, over 100 tiles broken or cracked. One company wanted nothing to do with our roof and drove away. Then Rory rocked up to quote. From the outset he was a class act — friendly, positive and committed to a full restoration. Rory rose to the challenge and our roof, gutters and fascia are now like new after only about 5 days and look fantastic. The work is excellent, I can’t fault it.

Others quoted more for less work, and we feel we hit the jackpot with McCarthy RR. We would use them again in a heartbeat, but they've done such a good job I doubt our roof will need further attention for many years. I had a bad experience with dodgy roof restorators before so I did a lot of research before finding Rory's business. I had a few quotes, I met all the other contractors in person. From the first meeting with Rory I had an impression that unlike the others, this bloke take his craft very seriously. That turned out to be true, they were always on time, they prepared the old roof as it should be, changed all the cracked ones, fixed every single little problem. They ised quality paints and Rory kept me updated all the way to completion. Booked a roof clean and paint through this company after seeing the excellent job they did next door. They did not disappoint. Rory came on time each day and worked hard until the job was done. He also cleaned up after the job to a very high standard. The attention to detail and workmanship is second to none.
